# Uptober Umbreon: the Moonbreon Bounty. Official Rules, v1.9

1. **The short version.** Buy at least 600,000 $CARNAGE and 150,000 $PEPENOM in one wallet between Oct 7 and Oct 31, reply to the pinned @PEPEVERSEHQ_Sol Uptober post with that wallet's public address, and hold both until Nov 12, 18:00 UTC. The biggest combined buyer wins the card. Only real buys count: airdrops and transfers in don't, and neither do buys paid with a Pepeverse or Memeify token. Selling lowers your score. A purchase is required. There are no judges and nothing is random.

2. **Sponsor.** Pepeverse HQ (the team behind $PEPENOM, $CARNAGE and @PEPEVERSEHQ_Sol), contact@pepeversehq.com. X, pump.fun, Collector Crypt, PSA, PWCC / Fanatics Collect, Tensor, Solana, The Pokémon Company and Nintendo don't sponsor, endorse or run this contest.

3. **Dates (all UTC, 2026).**
   - Buys and entries: Oct 7 00:00:00 to Oct 31 23:59:59.
   - Hold until: Nov 12 18:00.
   - Provisional results: Nov 1 18:00. Objections: email contact@pepeversehq.com with a transaction link between Nov 1 18:00 and Nov 2 18:00.
   - Final results and prizes: after Nov 12 18:00.
   - Solana block time dates a buy; X reply time dates an entry.

4. **Who can enter.** Anyone 18 or older, of legal age where they live, with a public X account that shows "Joined June 2026" or earlier. Not eligible: the sponsor and team, anyone paid by the project in October or November 2026, paid promoters of this contest, their immediate families and households, and anyone on a US sanctions list.

5. **What counts as a buy.** A swap your entry wallet signs itself, paid with SOL, USDC, USDT or any token outside the Pepeverse, during the entry dates.

   - Not a buy: tokens held before Oct 7; transfers in (even from your own wallets or an exchange), airdrops, unlocks, claims and OTC fills; swaps paid with a Pepeverse or Memeify token ($PEPARK, $CACKLE, $OCTO, $PEPESCOBAR, $KILOS, $MARTIAN, $JIANCO, $FUKYEAH, $SIDEEYE, or $CARNAGE into $PEPENOM and back; mints in config.json); buys through excluded programs; amounts split across wallets.
   - Limit or DCA orders filled by a keeper are reviewed one by one, so a plain market swap is the safe route.

6. **Hold.** Once you reach each minimum, keep your balance at or above it until Nov 12, 18:00 UTC. If it drops below, the wallet doesn't count until it's back above the minimum. It has to be back above by Oct 31, 23:59:59 UTC and stay there until Nov 12, 18:00 UTC. The minimums are fixed in tokens; any dollar figure is information only. The published open-source checker (uptober.py, hash in SHA256SUMS) decides this from public Solana data.

7. **How to enter.** Reply to the pinned @PEPEVERSEHQ_Sol Uptober post, or the Oct 7 launch post, with your entry wallet's **public address**. Never share a seed phrase or private key.
   - One entry per person, X account and wallet. Your latest reply before the close counts, and it must stay up until Nov 12.
   - Prizes go only to the wallet in your reply, and only if that wallet qualifies, so posting someone else's address gains nothing.
   - Keep replies clean: no price or profit claims, no contract addresses or wallet addresses other than your own, nothing unlawful, hateful, sexual, violent or harassing.
   - A meme and #UptoberContest are welcome but optional. A meme must be your own work (AI tools are fine, copying isn't), and the sponsor may repost it with credit.
   - Not on the board within 24 hours of a qualifying entry? Email contact@pepeversehq.com with the link to your reply.

8. **Score.** Your score is the US dollars your entry wallet spent on qualifying buys of both tokens, added together.
   - SOL is valued at CoinGecko's SOL/USD price for 00:00 UTC on the day of the buy (the SOL that left the wallet in the swap, net of the network fee and new token-account rent). USDC and USDT count at face value. Other allowed tokens count at the SOL, USDC or USDT the pool received. A transaction that buys both tokens counts once.
   - If part of what you bought leaves the wallet before Nov 12, 18:00 UTC, your score for that token drops by the same share. Tokens you held before Oct 7 count as leaving first, so selling an old bag doesn't lower your score.
   - Highest score wins. Ties go to the wallet whose last counted buy came first.
   - The published scorer (score.py, hash in SHA256SUMS) computes every score from the checker's output. The board updates several times a day; the run after Nov 12, 18:00 UTC is final.

9. **Prizes.**
   - **1st:** the Collector Crypt card NFT (Solana mint 2ZYXZyyB45EJGejRHFN9zk4gjWPxosQFsGk8YSUz8CBM) for a 2021 Pokémon Evolving Skies Umbreon VMAX #215/203, graded PSA GEM MT 10 (cert 69250925), vaulted at PWCC (Fanatics Collect), Tigard, Oregon. Collector Crypt showed a value of about **US$4,015** on Oct 6, 2026; recent PSA 10 sales were about $3,800–$4,300. Card values move, and any difference isn't paid out.
   - **2nd:** 2 SOL. **3rd:** 1 SOL.
   - **Top Buyer of the Week:** 1 SOL for the highest score from buys made in each week: Oct 7–13, Oct 14–20, Oct 21–27 and Oct 28–31 (UTC). Week 2 pays its top two buyers 1 SOL each. One week per person; if someone tops two weeks, the next-highest takes the later week.
   - **Milestones,** counted by the sponsor across every qualified wallet (entered or not, funding groups counted once) and permanent once announced: at 25, 4th and 5th get 0.5 SOL each; at 50, 6th to 10th get 0.5 SOL each; at 100, the winner gets 2 SOL more toward shipping and duties.
   - **Holders' Bonus, Dec 1 18:00 UTC:** 2 / 1 / 0.5 SOL to the three highest-scoring entries (not 1st place) whose wallets held both minimums the whole time. $PEPENOM placed after Nov 12, 18:00 UTC in the official staking pool CVXVdj131qNBmKe9nuhuBriuiMoHGGGuHy4845tkNaDR counts as held.
   - **Early entrants:** 0.25 SOL to every entry posted before Oct 9, 03:00 UTC whose wallet qualifies on Nov 12, 18:00 UTC.
   - Weekly and early prizes are paid with the others, only if the wallet still qualifies on Nov 12, 18:00 UTC. SOL prizes are fixed in SOL.

10. **Fair play.** These can't win: wallets on the frozen exclusion list (its hash was published at launch; the list is published with the results); wallets first funded within two hops by a listed wallet, or that received either token from one; buys through a listed program; exchange, program and smart-contract addresses; wallets averaging more than 50 transactions a day over their life; wallets that bought in the same second as a listed wallet three or more times. Wallets that share a non-exchange funding source count as one person, and if that group enters more than once, all its entries are out. Multiple accounts, fraud or manipulation disqualify every entry involved. Nothing is added to the exclusion list after launch, and every disqualification is published with its evidence and a reason code.

11. **Winning and delivery.** No paperwork is required to win: no affidavit, release or tax form. After the final run on Nov 12, prizes are sent on-chain to the entry wallet; there is nothing to claim. If a winner's wallet no longer qualifies, or can't receive the NFT (for example an exchange, program or smart wallet), the prize passes to the next-ranked eligible entry. The sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value only if the NFT can't be delivered. Redeeming the physical card is optional and runs on Collector Crypt's terms; its fees, shipping limits and customs duties are the winner's. Each winner is responsible for any taxes on their prize where they live.

12. **Your wallet, privacy and safety.** The board at pepebrock.com/uptober shows the X handle, rank and score of every qualified entry, never your wallet. Winners' handles, wallets and checks are published with the results. The sponsor collects only X entry data, including the public address you post, uses it only to run the contest, keeps it for 2 years and never sells it. **The sponsor will never DM you first, never ask for a seed phrase or private key, never ask you to connect, claim or verify a wallet, and never ask you to send tokens or SOL anywhere.**

13. **Disclosure.** The sponsor, team and treasury hold $CARNAGE and $PEPENOM and benefit when people buy them. The team can't enter. Nothing in this contest is investment advice or a price prediction. Void where prohibited; you are responsible for following the laws that apply to you.

14. **Changes.** The sponsor may change, suspend or cancel the contest for fraud, technical failure or legal reasons, with notice on this page. From v1.2 on, changes never make the minimums, dates, exclusions, scoring or prizes worse for entrants. X, Solana, CoinGecko, wallets and marketplaces are third parties, and the sponsor isn't liable for their failures. The frozen files (these rules, config.json, uptober.py, score.py, replies.py, status_build.py and the exclusion list) are hashed in SHA256SUMS on this page.

   **History.** v1.9 (Oct 30): Week 4 (Oct 28–31) added to Top Buyer of the Week; Week 2 pays its top two, because the v1.8 scoring moved its top spot. v1.8 (Oct 30): selling or moving tokens you held before Oct 7 no longer counts against you; you only need to have bought each minimum since Oct 7 and to hold it. The board lists qualified entries only, with no status codes. Buys paid with $KILOS, $FUKYEAH or $SIDEEYE don't count either (none had been made). v1.7 (Oct 30): a wallet that drops below a minimum is out only until it is back above it (by Oct 31, 23:59:59 UTC), instead of for good; the published checker is v1.2.0. v1.6 (Oct 27): the same rules, rewritten shorter and in plain language; nothing changed in substance. v1.5 (Oct 27): no paperwork to win; prizes go straight to the winning wallet. v1.4 (Oct 9): only swaps paid with a token outside the Pepeverse count; Pepeverse-token swaps made while v1.3 was in force (Oct 9, 04:26–05:00 UTC) still count. v1.3 (Oct 9): swaps paid with any token counted. v1.2 (Oct 9): judges replaced by the score; weekly, holders' and early-entrant prizes added; commitments v1.2 made to entries posted before it still stand. v1.1 (Oct 8): minimums lowered from 666,666 $CARNAGE and 215,000 $PEPENOM.
